Albert Allen Starr, 87 passed away August 11, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Harleton on March 7, 1926 to Vird Martin and Emma Mary Jackson Starr. On March 7, 1945 he married Renee Joyce Harrison. She preceded him in death on November 9, 2011. Albert was a member of Victory Baptist Church. He was a welder and jack of all trades and loved to tinker with things. He also loved fishing and hunting and loved to spend time with his family. Surviving Albert are daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Melvin Kelm; sons and daughter-in-law, Floyd and Barbara Starr and Ricky Starr; grandchildren, Angie Warren and husband Will, Terri Lamb and husband Mike, Amber Starr and Corey Starr; nine great-grandchildren; special friends and caregivers, Jeanne and Heather Powell and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, son, Reney Martin Starr, brother, Henry Alders Starr and sister, Katie Bell Thomas.
