Graveside funeral services for Anease LaRue Lambert will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday February 15, 2011 at Algoma North Cemetery with Bro. Carlton Burris officiating under the direction of Downs Funeral Home. Mrs. Lambert passed away Saturday, February 12, 2011 in Marshall, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., on Monday February 14, 2011 at Downs Funeral Home. Anease was born to Harry (O.J.) Minatrea and Mattie Lew Loyd Minatrea in Shamrock, Texas on June 07, 1928. She married Leslie Lambert on June 21, 1946 and was a homemaker. Surviving Mrs. Lambert are her daughter, Sandra Bartley & husband Ted of Marshall; her son, Rick Lambert & wife Beverly of Lindale; grandchildren, Mike Rogers & wife Heather, Miranda Lambert & Luke Lambert ; great granddaughter, Kallie Rogers; sisters, Patsy Gray & husband William of Hallsville, Brenda Whitaker & husband Johnny of Marshall and brother Larry Minatrea & wife Joyce of Marshall. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-three years, Leslie Lambert, and her mother and father. Pallbearers will be Robert Minatrea, Ronnie Minatrea, Randy Minatrea, Rory Minatrea, David Gray, Bill Gray, and Keith Whitaker.
