Funeral services for Ann Paulette Lane, 67, of Marshall will be held 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 21, 2013, in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Colonial Gardens Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Downs Funeral Home. Mrs. Lane passed away August 18, 2013 in Marshall. Ann Paulette Killingsworth Lane was born January 11, 1946, in Dallas, TX to Clyde A. and Georgia Thewlis Killingsworth. She attended Dallas Schools and Panola College Nursing of School. She married Robert "Bob" Lane on October 13, 1961. He preceded her in death. Paulette was a member of Cave Springs Baptist Church. She had been an ER nurse in Dallas, TX, as an LVN in nursing homes in Marshall, as a nurse at Tyson Foods and for MHMR of Harrison County. Paulette is survived by her daughters, Marla Wyatt and husband James, Teresa Donaldson; son, Robert "Bobby" Lane III and wife Cheryl, all of Marshall; her grandchildren (Angel babies), Wes Bunch, Jessica Wyatt, Tyler Donaldson, Mikaela, Chance and Hannah Lane; great grandsons, Dakota Bunch and Curtis Simmons; sister, Reatha "Mickey" Wilson of Arlington, TX; and her close companion, "Baby" (Chihuahua). Paulette was preceded in death by her parents, husband, middle daughter, Susan "Susie" Bunch, sister, Maxine Shue and great grandchild Lexi Marie Bunch.. Pallbearers will be Joe Cox, John McKinney, Michael Bankston, Rodney Jones, Patrick Bailey, Ronnie Simmons; and Honorary pallbearers, Craig Mills and Romey Simmons.
