Anna Lou Bramlett Funeral services for Ms. Anna Lou Bramlett, 76 of Marshall will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday April 02, 2011 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Teal officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Jefferson. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday April 01, 2011 at the funeral home. Ms. Bramlett passed away March 30, 2011 in Marshall. Anna Lou Bramlett was born November 12, 1934 in Marshall to Joe Sisson and Lillian Peterson Sisson. She was a member of First Christian Church in Marshall. Anna worked at both Montgomery Ward and then at Joe Wiseman and Co. as an office manager for a number of years. She enjoyed working in the yard, cooking, spending time with her family as well as taking care of them. Surviving Anna are her daughter, Teresa B. Davis of Marshall; son, Don Bramlett and wife Sue also of Marshall; grandson, Justin Davis of Marshall; granddaughter, Susannah Mayo of Ft. Worth; special friend, Carol Martin of Marshall and numerous aunts and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Lillian Sisson and her husband, Donald Wayne Bramlett in 1979. Serving as pallbearers will be John Nendoza, Carol Martin, Dwayne Ragsdell, Paul Davis, David Rayburn, and Kyle Ford.
