Funeral services for Ms. Annie Bell Hill Carpenter, 102, of Marshall will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday October 23, 2010 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Liberty Cemetery in Marshall. Ms. Carpenter passed away October 16, 2010. Annie Bell Hill Carpenter was born June 15, 1908 in Marshall to Romelius Hill and Julia Richardson. She was a homemaker. She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter and five sons, Annie Bolden of Dallas, Eddie Ray Carpenter of Houston, Robert Carpenter of Marshall, Lewis Carpenter of Dallas, Booker T. Carpenter of Marshall and David Carpenter of Tyler and one sister, Eva Timmons of Dallas.
