Annie Lou Flanagan Graves Funeral services for Annie Lou Flanagan Graves, 86, of Cleveland, Texas will held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 21, 2010 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rusk County at Liberty Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Monday, September 20, 2010 at the Downs Funeral Home. Mrs. Graves passed away on Friday, September 17, 2010, in Denham Springs, Louisiana. Annie Lou was born in Rusk County, Texas tp Frank Milton Flanagan and Josie Armstrong Flanagan on March 6, 1924. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her children James Willis & wife Nell of Marshall, Barbara Allen of Denham Springs, LA, Genice Carr & husband Bill of Cleveland, TX, and Ritchie Price & wife Angie, also of Cleveland, her brother Kenneth Flanagan & wife Carol of Marshall, sisters Margie Adkins, and Fairest Opal George & husband Elmer Ray, all of Marshall, twelve grandchildren Robert Gill, James Willis, Jr., Carl E. Gill, JoAnn Chavin, Glory Ann Riggins, Linda Jackson, Amy Price, Melissa Robertson, Pam Enloe, Grill Millard, Jr., Candace Millard, and Dixie Price, numerous great grandchildren, nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her brother Frank Milton Flanagan, Jr., granddaughter Jessica Willis, grandson Ritchie Milton Price, Jr., great grandsons Jacob Scott New, Robert Allen Jackson, and great granddaughter Crystal Gill.
