A graveside service for Annie Jean Johnson Ratcliff, 91, of Longview will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, September 20, 2017 in Algoma Cemetery South with Bro. Bryan Hodges officiating.

Annie Jean Johnson Ratcliff was born May 10, 1926 in Ft. Worth, Texas, to Oliver Johnson and Vesta Richardson Johnson. On September 20, 1941, she married Acie Norris Ratcliff. Jean was a member of Marshall Church of Christ for many years. She loved cooking and baking for everyone in her church as well as the whole town of Marshall. She also loved to visit with her church friends and enjoyed meals with them when time would allow. Jean passed away Sunday, September 17, 2017 in Longview.

Surviving Jean are her sons, Danny Wayne Ratcliff and wife, Patty; and Bobby Ratcliff and wife, Karen; grandchildren, Tracie Ratcliff Palmer, Candy Lee and husband, Shane, Stacy Levy and husband, Ivan, and Karis Strong and husband, Anthony; and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Vesta Johnson, and her husband, Acie Ratcliff.

Serving as Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth Poindexter, Frank "Tom" Hutchison, Jack Kirkland, Carson Lee, Jason Beasley, Dylan Palmer and Shaun Key.
