Baby Jacob Silas Blassingame was born August 20, 2013 in Longview, TX to Lori Lynn and Justin Dale Blassingame. He passed away August 21, 2013. Jacob is survived by his parents, Lori and Justin Blassingame of Woodlawn; brothers, Zackary Elliott, and Casey Blassingame of Woodlawn; paternal grandparents, Debbie and Jerry Craver,Kenneth and Sherri Blassingame; maternal grandparents, Stacy and Steve Donaldson; paternal great grandparents, Ruby McKaskle, Jerry and Jerita Damron, Joyce Wilson, Billy Ray and Barbara Craver and great great grandmother, Dorothy Henry; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family. Jacob was preceded in death by his maternal great grandmothers, Ethelmae Moore, Genevieve Donaldson; maternal great grandfathers,Carl Boyd, Richard Donaldson; paternal great grandfather, Freddie Blassingame; and great great grandmother Erma Anderson. Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 26, 2013 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home with Bro. Will Sherman officiating. Burial will follow at Yates Memorial Cemetery in Scottsville, TX.
