On November 5, 2018 our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend departed this earthly life and entered in eternal rest. She was preceded in death by her parents, Drusephus Wilder and Lorraine Johnson Williams; her husband, Lawrence Houston, Sr.; grandchildren, Shynice Noel, Erick Davis III, and Baron C. Johnson.

She attended Pemberton Sr. High where she graduated and then married Robert E. White to that union four children were born. She united with South Side Church of Christ for many years until her passing. She worked for Bealls/Stage for 17 years until her illness.

She leaves to cherish her memories her friend of 19 years, Robert Tally; four daughters, Kimberley White (Tracey) of Marshall, Texas, Sherri Hayes (James) of Shreveport, LA, Zenobie Floyd (James) of Dallas, TX, Dionna lamb (Leon) of Carthage, TX; three sisters, Flora Tucker of Dallas, TX, Ruby Willis of Marshall, TX, Gloria M. Smith of Marshall, TX; one brother, Elliott Wilder of Dallas, TX; fourteen grandchildren, Kimteisha Brown (James), Kenneth Webb, Kendall McCoy (Antwane), Sherlonza Hamilton (Kevin), De'Alonzius White, Sherree' Patterson, Peaches White (Brittny), Destiney Johnson (Ronnie), De'Shonia Johnson, Mi'Kailah Reed, Brittney White, Kadeen White (LaRessea), Mylice Hogan (Joshua), Keionna Fritzpatrick (Kelvin); twenty six great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
