A funeral service for Barbara Faye Moreland 67 of DeBerry, Texas will be held at 10:00a.m. Friday, September 21, 2018 in the Chapel of Bar None Cowboy Church in Tatum, Texas. Pastor, Jason Taylor will be officiating the service. Visitation for Mrs. Moreland will be held from 6-8p.m. Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Bar None Cowboy Church.

Barbara F. Moreland was born in Carthage, Texas on September 25, 1950 to Charlie Elmo Whitley and Eunice Faye Whitley. On August 24, 1968 Barbara and Danny united in marriage and recently celebrated their 50th anniversary.  Mrs. Moreland passed away peacefully on September 18, 2018 in Longview, Texas with her family by her side.

Mrs. Barbara was a member of Bar None Cowboy Church. If you knew Barbara you knew she adored her family, in her eyes her family came before anything else. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies. Mrs. Moreland loved being outdoors whether it was hog hunting or riding four wheelers. In her free time she would go to Walmart or the casino with her dear friend, Rachel. She also liked to play rummy and dominos.  Mrs. Moreland also had a talent playing the piano, she even taught many children over the years.

Surviving Mrs. Moreland are her loving husband, Danny Moreland; children, Mandy Cox and spouse, Joe, DanYel Clements and spouse, Chris, Kathy Moreland, DJ Moreland and spouse, Betty, Dallas Hubert and husband, Dustin; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three brothers and two sisters. Also left to cherish Mrs. Moreland's memory are numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Mrs. Moreland is preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
