A visitation for Billy Coy Moore, 66, of Marshall will take place Thursday, May 18, 2017 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at Downs Funeral Home.

Billy Coy Moore was born January 28, 1951 in Nacogdoches, Texas to Bill and Atrell Moore. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed spending time outdoors. Family and friends meant a lot to Billy and he enjoyed spending time with them, sharing and creating new memories. After many years of hard work providing for his family, Billy retired from the oilfields.

Billy is survived by his wife of 42 years, Marilyn Moore; daughter, Tanya Landreneaux and husband, Dan; son, Bill Moore II; daughter Tina Moore; son, Daniel Moore; daughter, Kimber Thomason and husband, Rusty; son, William Ness; sisters, Evie Zell, Joyce Watkins, Kathy Surratt and her husband, Jerry, Evelyn Escude and her husband, Claude; grandchildren, Wyatt Wilson, Harlie Wilson, Natalie Wilson, Caden Landreneaux, Cutter Landreneaux, Bailey Kirkland, Colby King, Dillion White, Jessica White, and Cierra Carullo; and one great-granddaughter, Justice.
