Bryant Keith Perkins Funeral services for Bryant Keith Perkins, 44 of Marshall will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday July 27, 2013 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Gardens Cemetery. Family hour will be from 6-8 p.m., today, July 26, 2013 at the funeral home. Mr. Perkins passed away July 24, 2013 in Marshall. Brother Bryant Keith Perkins was born December 28, 1968 to Willie and Joyce Perkins. He was the baby of four children. He attended public schools in Marshall and graduated from Marshall High School in 1987. Bryant accepted Christ at Galilee Baptist Church at an early age. He united with the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in 2000, where he served as a deacon. He married Paula Jones on May 17, 1991. To this union two children were born, Damian O'Keefe Perkins and Christian Ryan Perkins. Bryant was a hard worker and often held down several jobs at one time. He was employed with Hallsville Post Office until his health failed. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Paula Perkins of Marshall; sons, Damian O. Perkins of Stephenville and Christian Perkins of Houston; his loving mother, Joyce Perkins of Marshall; sisters, Angela Taylor Perkins and Lawanda Love (Gail) both of Marshall and Yashica Davis (E. Tyrone) of Fayetteville, NC; brother, Willie Perkins Jr. (Shelia) of Marshall; two grandchildren, Aniya Perkins and Taliah Perkins and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church family. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Jean Perkins Sr.
