A Mass of Christian Burial for Carolyn O'Hanlon, 73, of Marshall will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marshall with Father Denzil Vithanage officiating. There will be a Rosary Monday night, September 6, 2010 at 7:00 p.m in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Mrs.O'Hanlon passed away September 5, 2010 in Marshall. Carolyn Naleppa O'Hanlon was born in Pittsburgh PA to Albert Naleppa and Anna White Naleppa on January 27, 1937. She worked for Edward Jones Office part-time for ten years. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church since 1965 and was active in the Alter Society, Catholic Daughters and the Seniors Luncheon Group. She enjoyed and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter Cindy Hughes of League City, Texas, her sons Vincent O'Hanlon of McKinney, Texas, Pat O'Hanlon of Colleyville, Texas, and Michael O'Hanlon of Dallas, Texas, her seven grandchildren Parker Hughes, Holly O'Hanlon, Hunter O'Hanlon, Robin O'Hanlon, Connor O'Hanlon, Ryan and Sam O'Hanlon. Also surviving Mrs. O'Hanlon are her brothers Don Naleppa, Albert Naleppa, and Richard Naleppa, all of Pittsburg, PA, and her sister Shirley Naleppa Jones of Lexington, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Vincent F. O'Hanlon, her sister Delores Michelson, and a brother William Naleppa.
