A graveside service for Cecil Dulin, 85, of Waskom, Texas will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 5, 2023, at Restland Cemetery in Waskom.

Cecil was born on July 19, 1938, in Carthage, Texas to Cecil E. Dulin and Mary Nell Dulin Moore and passed away on September 30, 2023, in Marshall, Texas.

He married Winnie Moore on December 25, 1964, in Center, Texas and the two remained married until his passing. He enjoyed gardening, traveling and working on old cars and re-selling them. He loved watching the Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints. Most of all he loved his family especially his nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Cecil Dulin; mother, Mary Moore and sister-in-law, Veta Kiser.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Winnie Dulin; brothers, Jesse Moore and wife, Joyce and Jimmy Moore and wife, Donna; sisters-in-law, Peggy Highfill, Margie Summers, Betty Loftis and husband, Larry and Melva Oshier along with numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in his honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
