A Mass of Christian Burial for Cecilia Ellis, 74, will be held at 10am Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Marshall. Interment will immediately follow in Fairview Cemetery, Marshall. Visitation will take place Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Downs Funeral Home from 6pm to 8pm. Ms. Ellis passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016 in Marshall.
Cecilia Ellis was born June 06, 1941 to  Esteban and Amelia Alba in El Paso, Texas. After graduating high school, Cecilia continue her education later graduating from college before becoming a Pharmacist.

Surviving Cecilia are her sons, Tony Ellis and wife, Shanna of Mansfield, TX. and Kenny Ellis of Los Angeles, TX; grandchildren, Jake Ellis and Drew Ellis; brother, Steve   Alba and wife, Ida; sisters, Theresa Campos and Rosario Torres and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cecilia was preceded in death by her parents,  husband, Kenneth Ellis and one son, Steven Ellis.
