Charles Emmit Anthony was born on December 1, 1972 in

Marshall, Texas to Kathy L. Anthony and Charles R.

Anthony. He was the oldest of two children. He will forever

be remembered as a loving person no matter his role.

Charles graduated from Marshall High School in 1991. He

was baptized at St. Mary Baptist Church, and was a

member of Mt. Zion Spiritual Church under the leadership of

Pastor Sylvester Allen and Pastor Cedell Mitchell.

Charles was a hard working man and took pride in his

profession as a truck driver; with a Commercial Drivers

License. His smile and personality would brighten up the

room. He enjoyed several sports such as basketball,

football and baseball. He also enjoyed spending time with

his family and friends.

Charles Emmit was united in holy matrimony to Erica Lovely

on December 31, 2013. He and Erica had 3 children; he

had a daughter-ZaVesia, and Erica had a son-Blake, and

together they had a son-Blaine.

Charles is preceded in death by his father; grandmothers,

Gladys Coleman and Audrey Anthony; grandfather, Gilbert

Anthony.
