Mr. Clifton "Sonny" Williams was born to Mrs. Mae Peal Brooks Walker and Mr. Larell Williams on Friday, February 11, 1938 in Harrison County-Marshall, Texas.; to both whom both have preceded him in death, as well as, two brothers; Clarence, Joe Harold; and one (1) sister, Gloria Dean.

At a young age, he accepted Christ into his life and remained faithful in attending church. He become a member at Victory Drive Church of God and attended faithfully until his untimely passing. On April 21, 2004, he was married to Mrs. Scotland Ann Harris Owens and to this union there are no children.

He was employed with Harris Industries where he retired. He later

began to work with the Marshall Workforce Program and was assigned to work at Wiley College in Jackson Hall until his the program ended.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and faithful wife, Mrs.

Scotland Ann Owens Williams, two step daughters –Ms. Denise Owens, Mrs. Katie Smith; two step-sons– Nathan Owens, and Billy Owens; four sisters, Mrs. Ophelia Fields, Ms. Emma Walker, Mrs. Charlie (Ron) Knighten, Ms. Vera Walker; one step brother– Mr. Robert Jones, Mr. J.
