A funeral service for Courtney Jamal "C.J." Johnson will be held at Downs Funeral Home on Saturday, November 2 ^nd at 3:00 p.m. Bro. Kent Adams will be officiating the service. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 1 ^st from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Downs Funeral Home.

Courtney Jamal "C.J." Johnson 31, of Marshall, Texas was born February 20 ^th , 1988 to his parents Norman Lee "Billy" Johnson Jr. and Virgie Davis. Mr. Johnson passed away October 26 ^th , 2019 in Marshall, Texas. He worked for Republic Cabinet Manufacturing for over a year prior to his passing.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his mother; children, Darron Johnson, Altavious Pryor, Jah'Kei Johnson, Kour'De Johnson, Kourt'Nii "Baby Girl" Johnson; brothers, Brandon Williams and Allen Johnson.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his father and brother, Marcus Sentell Johnson.
