A graveside service for Damarcus Dwayne Sheppard will be held at 10:00a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2020 at Downs Funeral Home.

Damarcus Dwayne "Sauce" Sheppard, of Marshall, Texas was born on December 4, 1990 to his parents, Kathie Sheppard (Terry) and Travis Brown (Alice). Damarcus passed away on June 19, 2020. Damarcus united with Mt. Zion Spiritual Church at a very early age. He graduated Marshall High School with the class of 2009.

Damarcus was preceded in death by his twin brother, Jamarcus Dwight Sheppard.

Damarcus leaves to cherish his memories his sons, Damontrius Sheppard, Damarcus Sheppard, Jr., and Da'Marious Sheppard; brothers, Kevin Carraway, Jr., Tony Brown, LaTavius Brown, and Jamie Allen (Lett); sisters, LaDasha Chaney, Megan Smith, Cynthia Shields (Galvin), and Sylvia Allen. He also leaves a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, step-brothers, and step-sisters.
