David Joey' Belgard David Joseph Joey' Belgard was born in Marshall, Texas on January 24, 1980 to Rodger Keith, Sr. and Rita Dianne Byrd Belgard. Joey was a graduate of Marshall High School. He was a member of the North American Hunting Club. Joey was an avid outdoorsman, devoted father and dedicated family man. He was considered a loyal friend, loved life, and never met a stranger. Joey was always eager to help, and a proud mama's boy. Joey is survived by his wife, Paula Rae Mikolajczak Belgard; his parents, Rita Belgard and Rodger Keith Belgard, Sr.; a daughter, Cyndell Raelynn Belgard; 2 brothers, Rodger Keith Belgard Jr., George Albert Belgard and wife Gizza; grandparents, Gerald Belgard and wife Leola Belgard; maternal aunts and uncles, Lee and Shirley Shankle, Terry and Sandy Lewis, Allen and Peggy Byrd, Rod and Debbie West, Bob and Kathy Nafe; paternal aunts, Brenda Bryant, Kathy Rhodes and husband; uncle, Steve Belgard; numerous nieces and nephews; 2 great nephews and 2 great nieces; and numerous friends. Joey was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, George and Julia Byrd, step-son James Thomas JT' McCregor and Ronnie Else.
