A graveside service for David R. Joynor, 77, of Boyce, Louisiana, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 11, 2023, at the Northwest Louisiana VA Cemetery in Keithville, Louisiana.

David was born on April 23, 1946, in Minden, Louisiana to Jesse Will Joynor and Clara Pauline Culpepper and passed away on May 5, 2023, in Pineville, Louisiana.

He was a loving father, brother and friend. One thing that many will say about him is that if he told you he loved you, he truly meant that he would love you deeply and forever.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Clara Joynor and his younger brother, Gary Joynor.

He is survived by his two sons, Michael Joynor and wife, Rhonda and Dwayne Joynor; two grandchildren, Madeline Joynor and Landin Joynor; three sisters, Carolyn Kelly and husband, Fred, Betty Joynor and Brenda Kelvel and husband, Greg; two brothers, Charles Joynor and Larry Joynor along with numerous other family and friends.
