A graveside service for Debra "Debbie" Jean Ford, 52, of Marshall, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at The Little Chapel By The Lake at Colonial Gardens Cemetery, Marshall, with D.W. McLendon officiating. A time of visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m., prior to the service. Ms. Ford passed away November 14, 2013 in Marshall. Debbie was born June 26, 1961 in Marshall to Lamar and Jean Turbyfill Ford. She graduated from Marshall High School with the class of "79", and Kilgore Junior College. Debbie is survived by her children, Cory Owen of Marshall, Amy and Cody Raley of Shreveport, Brandy and Mark Jackson of Marshall, Ethan Ivy of Dallas, and Sarah Bergeron of Shreveport; mother, Jean Ford of Marshall; brothers, Steve and Eve Ford of Hallsville, Patrick and Gaylynn Ford of Heath and Marcus Ford of Marshall; and many nieces and nephews. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Lamar Ford, brother, Chuck Ford, and grandparents, Charles and Pat Turbyfill and Irvine and Sadie Ford. The family requests memorials be made to the Marshall Pilot Club Scholarship Fund.
