Delsie was well known by the entire city of Waskom. She graduated from Waskom High in 1972 and will always be a Wildcat. She was very involved in the Youth Association as her children were growing up. She never met a stranger and loved all children. She may have only had 3 children and 2 granddaughters but was Mom and Nana to many. She knew she was loved by her husband, kids, sisters and all her bonus kids. She supported her children, grandchildren, and all other Wildcats by attending every event she could. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially time with her granddaughters. She enjoyed baking, crafts, and crocheting. Christmas was her favorite time of the year and she would make trays of candies and cookies for all the family and close friends. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her honor to the National Kidney Foundation and the Marshall Animal Shelter.
