Derdria "Dee
Dee" Pratt
Nov 23, 1961 — Jul 20, 2017
"Dee Dee" attended elementary and high school in Marshall, Texas. She graduated from Marshall High School in 1980. After graduating from High School, "Dee Dee" joined the United States Army and later leaving the Army with an "Honorable Charge". "Dee Dee" was a 'jack of all trades' from working security, to working on electronics, to working on cars. She had an impeccable voice for singing and for entertaining us all. She loved her family, friends, and especially her nieces and nephews. "Dee Dee" was a kind, loving, respectful person and never missed the opportunity to let her loved ones know that she loved them. We are rejoicing in the way that she touched our lives by cherishing all of the fun times together, special moments and receptive love that "Dee Dee" shared with us.
"Dee Dee" is preceded in death by both parents, Dorothy Jean Pratt and Willie Williams; maternal grandparents, Leon Pratt and Lobertha Denson; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Williams; aunt, Richalean Andrews (Albert); uncles, Willie B. Williams and Patrick L. Williams; brothers, Dexter Campbell and Braddurn Anthony "T.C." Williams; niece, D'Lyssa Pratt; and very special nephew, Devin D. Newson.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her sisters, Debra A. Pratt Wallace (William), Dequiece D. Newson; brothers, Derwin (Leola) Pratt, Dimitrious Pratt, Kenny Allen, Deon White, Dyrer (Dorce') Newson and Robert Williams (Patricia); uncles, Thomas Pratt, Douglas Parish, Franklin Alexander, Curtis Alexander, Anthony Williams (Otha); aunts, Hazel Harris, Linda Sue Johnson (Marshall), Marie Roberson (Johnny); and a host of nieces and nephews and other loving relatives and friends; especially, special cousin Jackie Parrish and special niece, LaTasha Pratt.Friday
