Graveside services for Dystiny Renee Disotell, 9, of Waskom will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday December 1, 2010 at Weaver Cemetery in Flora, LA. Visitation was held Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at the funeral home. Dystiny passed away November 24, 2010 in Shreveport as the result of a go-kart accident. Dystiny was born to Joseph Disotell and Diane Marie Gilcrease Disotell in Shreveport, Louisiana on July 18, 2001. She was a 3rd grade student at Waskom Elementary. Surviving Dystiny are her father Joseph Disotell of Waskom, her sister Charlotte Gilcrease of Bossier City, Louisiana, her grandfather Leon Disotell of Spring Hill, Louisiana, her great grandmother Minerva Horn of Shreveport and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, and grandparents. A fund has been set up in her name at Citizens National Bank in Marshall.
