Donnye Cook Donnye Cook (Donaldeen Phillips Cook), a woman who devoted her 79 years of life to Jesus, and dedicated every moment to sharing His Holy Spirit with everyone she met, died peacefully in her home in Marshall on Thursday, May 24, 2012. Donnye was born in Rattlesnake Canyon, Archer County, Texas on December 14, 1932, and graduated from Walters High School, OK.
