Doris Andrews Funeral Services for Doris Marie Andrews, 82, of Marshall will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the Hallsville Church of Christ with Philip Simmons, Joe Hancock, and D.W. McLendon officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Monday, January 7th at the Downs Funeral Home. Ms. Andrews passed away January 3, 2013 in Longview. Doris was born in Marshall, Texas on May 9, 1930 to Clyde and Winnie Moore Kilpatrick. She was a longtime member of South Washington Church of Christ and later joined Hallsville Church of Christ. She was a homemaker and married Pelham Hartley Andrews on December 30, 1948 in Austin, Texas. She is survived by her son Francis Austin Andrews of Portland, Oregon, and her daughter Ramona Lynn Faulkner and husband Tommy of Longview, granddaughters Bridget Stanley and husband Wayne of Hallsville, and Mindy Davis of Longview. Also surviving Mrs. Andrews are three great grandchildren, Nathan, Danielle, and Cassidy, her great great granddaughter Holli, several nieces and nephews, her aunt Mozelle McKinley of Houston, and several cousins.
