Funeral services for Ms. Emma Jewell Webb, 72 of Marshall will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday January 29, 2011 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home with Rev. Theatris Neal officiating. Interment will follow in Mc Johnson Cemetery. Ms. Webb passed away January 23, 2011 in Longview. Emma Jewell Webb was born June 17, 1938 in Marshall to Henderson Manning and Hannah Raven Manning. Emma attended Marshall Public Schools. She was a member of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church and was employed with The Merritt Plaza Nursing Home for 30 plus years until her retirement in 2010. Surviving Emma are her husband, Danny Willie of Marshall; four sons, Emmit Augustus Webb, Jr. (Marilyn), Patrick Lynn Webb both of Marshall, Randy Carl Webb (Barbara) of Garland and Antonio Leonard Webb(Alicia) of Italy; one daughter, Teresa Ann Hick of Beckville; nine grandchildren, Cre'Shunda Minor (Jeremy), Chrystal Ivy (Sean), Brooke Webb, Enjouli Webb, Taisa Webb all of Marshall, LaTresa Hicks of Florida, Randall Young of Linden, LaJada Jackson and Darrin Jackson of Italy, Texas; six great-grandchildren, Morgan Webb, Khalyne Jones, Dakota Ivy, Sean Ivy, Jr. and Ethan Ivy all of Marshall and Jaylen Burton of Beckville; five brothers, Perry George Manning ( Mary), James Manning, Sandy Manning, Claude Manning (Barbara) all of Dallas and Robert Earl Manning of Pittsburg, CA; sister, Velma Saxson of Pittsburg, CA; two loving God given daughters, Ann Cooks (Craig) of Forney and Etheldra Washington of Marshall and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
