Estelle was born on December 24, 1924 in Waco, Texas to Willard and Mattie Seitzler. Estelle was raised in Waco, where she graduated from high school. She married Victor William Schwartz Sr. on February 3, 1944. In 1946 Estelle, Vic, and their oldest son moved to Marshall, Texas. Here, they raised their family of three sons, Vic Jr., Jack, and Bob.

Estelle was a loving wife and mother. She and Vic joined Central Baptist Church in 1947, where they were active members. Estelle served the Lord in many ways. She taught Sunday school for 23 years. In 1976 she became General Secretary for Sunday school for 32 years. Estelle also served on numerous church committees throughout the year. She enjoyed fellowshipping and traveling with the Wise Old Owls, senior group, of Central.

Estelle was employed by Sears Department Store for 20 years. She retired as Division Manager of Ladies Ready to wear Department.

As a devoted mother, Estelle loved her family. She was active in P.T.A. and various school activities throughout her sons' school years. Later in life, when her grandchildren were born, she continued to participate and support their activities as well.

Estelle loved to cook favorite meals on special occasions for her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, reading, playing card games, dominoes, tending to her plants, and visiting with family and friends.

Estelle's family remembers her as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who taught them to honor the Lord, be faithful in prayer, serve their church, and always enjoy fellowship with family and friends.

Estelle was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, her parents, two brothers, and her daughter-in-law, Martha Schwartz.

Family members left to cherish her memory are, Vic Jr. and wife, Geraldine, of Marshall, Jack Schwartz and wife, Nadine, of Cloud Croft, New Mexico, Bob Schwartz and wife, Lesa, of Longview; grandchildren, Greg Schwartz and wife, Joy of Beaumont, Scott Schwartz and wife, Julana of Rusk, Heather Osler and husband, Bruce of Bells, Heath Schwartz of New York City, Stephen Schwartz and wife, Lacie of Longview, and David Schwartz of Ft.
