Ethel was born on February 22, 1956 in Marshall, Texas to L.C. and Tissure Morris. She was a former member of Full Gospel Holy Temple of Marshall, where she served on the Usher board and was a choir member for many years. She never lost her love for God. She attended and graduated from Marshall public schools. She was a CNA for over 40 years, which she served her latter years at Marshall Manor West.

Ethel was preceded in death by her mother and father, three sisters,   Leola Morris Adams, Alice Morris Johnson, and Ruth Morris; three brothers, George Morris, LaVerne Morris and Luther Morris.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters, Michelle Foster and LaTissure Dunn, both of Marshall; three sons, Donald, Jr, (Stacie) of Austin, Lewis Dunn of San Diego, Johnny Boyd of Marshall; three granddaughters, Marreyan, LeTicia, and Mila; seven grandsons, Devin, Lewis, Jr, Marreyon, Jr, Donovan, Marcus, Avery, and Kian; six sisters, LaDoris (Harvey), Clemmie (Melvin), Nancy (Andrew), Patricia,       Gertrude (Charles), and Kathy (Milton); four brothers, Allen (Sandra), Larry, Cordell, and Patrick (Debra). She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many other relatives and friends as well a special friend, Anthony Golden.
