Funeral services for Faye Justice Wells, 91 of Tennessee will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, October 13, 2017 in the chapel of Downs Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in Hallsville Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m., prior to the service. Mrs. Wells passed away October 9, 2017.

She was born November 24, 1925 in Hallsville, Texas to Aaron Justice Sr. and Bessie Collier Justice. On August 27, 1948, she married Wilburn Odell Wells. She was a former member of Memorial Baptist Church of Marshall and most recently a member of 1st Baptist of Rockwood, Tennessee. Faye was a homemaker who enjoyed taking care of her family. She especially enjoyed doing word puzzles, watching game shows and listening to country music but above all, she was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, friend to all.

Surviving Fay are her sons and daughters-in law, William Odell Jr. and Judy Wells of Glasco, Kansas and Bobby Ray and Belinda Wells of Rockwood, Tennessee; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one brother, Loy Justice of Longview, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron and Bessie Justice; husband, Wilburn Odell Wells and several brothers and sisters.
