Felicia Nell Dennis, 75, of Longview, Texas, passed away September 25, 2014 in Longview. A memorial service will be held in Ms. Dennis' memory at 6pm, Friday, October 3, 2014, at the Tatum United Methodist Church with Rev. Tim Gough officiating. Felicia was born June 22, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois, to William Mercer Alexander and Dorothy Cecelia Alexander. For the past 20 years she called North East Texas her home, having previously resided in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Dennis is survived by her son, Paul Cannon and wife, Crystal Kay of Mount Union, Pennsylvania; two grandchildren, Michael Allen Williams and wife, Amber, and Cheyenne Faye Cannon; one great-grandson, Lyrik Michael Williams; her brother Bill Alexander and wife, Reba of Virginia; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Preceding Ms. Dennis in death are her parents and husband, Richard Dennis.
