Her faith in God and love for Him was Absolute and Unwavering throughout her life. She was an inspiration to countless lives, sharing her testimony of her miraculous healing of cancer in 1982. Florence spent many years in the banking profession beginning with First National Bank, then People's and First Interstate Bank. Many would often stand in the teller line for Mrs. Hardy to wait on them. In addition, she was a member of the Martha McCraw Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution.
