Funeral services for Frank Posey Wallin, 46, Of Marshall, TX, will be held at 2:00 p.m., November 20, 2014 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home with Bro. Dick Sawyer officiating. Interment will follow at Andrews Cemetery in Karnack, TX. A time of visitation for family and friends will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Downs Funeral Home. Mr. Wallin passed away November 17, 2014 at his home. Frank Posey Wallin was born January 7, 1968 in Marshall, TX. He attended Marshall Public Schools, and was of the Baptist faith. Frank worked for Trinity (Tank Car) Industries, and then worked for 22 years for Marshall ISD. Frank worked in maintenance, and became a HVAC Repair Tech. Frank Wallin is survived by his mother, Ruth Shaw Adair of Marshall; daughter, Lauran Dorsey and husband Jarrett of Henderson; grandson, Jake Dorsey of Henderson; brother, Charles Wallin of Marshall; step-brother, Gales Adair, Jr. of Diana; step-sisters, Suzette Jones of Harleton and Darlene Warren of Gilmer; other extended family and friends. Frank was preceded in death by his step-father, Gales Adair, Sr. and a son, Taylor Benson Wallin. Pallbearers will be Brad Ash, Mikey Bliss, Michael Stevens, Joe Cooper, Rodney Evans and Trey Cox.
