Fred James Hayner, Jr. A Graveside Funeral Service for Mr. Fred James Hayner, Jr. 60, of Marshall will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 12, 2012 at Colonial Gardens Cemetery in Marshall with Tom Faulkner officiating. Mr. Hayner passed away November 9, 2012 in Longview. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Sunday, November 11th at the Downs Funeral Home. Fred James Hayner, Jr. was born on February 23, 1952 in Marshall, Texas to Fred James Hayner, Sr. and Katie Hudson Hayner. He attended schools in Marshall, Texas. He married Patricia Lynn Smith on December 4, 1976 in Marshall. He was retired from Witco Chemical Co. and was currently employed as a truck driver for Steadfast Concrete Co. He enjoyed going to Jamaica with his wife Patricia. Survivors include the "love of his life" Patricia, his wife of thirty-five years, his mother Katie Nagle of Jefferson, his son Craig Hayner of Jefferson, his sister Sharron Wells of Flint, Texas, his four footed child "Sampson" and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Fred James Hayner, Sr. and sister Shirley Hayner
