A funeral service for Glenn "PaPa Glenn" Woodall, 76, of Marshall, Texas will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 25, 2024, at Downs Funeral Home Chapel in Marshall. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at Downs Funeral Home.

Glenn was born on July 21, 1947, in Marshall, Texas to Forrest Glen Woodall and Gladys Joe Hanks Woodall and passed away on January 21, 2024, in Longview, Texas.

Glenn served our country proudly in the United States Army from 1967 until he was separated in 1969. He was an avid outdoorsman that loved his animals. Hunting and fishing were his life and his dogs were his babies. When he wasn't hunting or fishing, he spent his past time listening to Merle Haggard and Willie Nelson.  He loved his four grandkids, his daughter and son-in-law.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest Glen and Gladys Joe Woodall.

He is survived by his daughter, Renee Robinson and husband, Jackie; grandchildren, Corey Boss and wife, Alex, Jamie Boss and wife, Kinley, Niki Carter and Jordan Boss and fiancé, Wyatt Middleton and a host of great grandchildren along with numerous other family and friends.
