Services for Grace May "Aunt Gracie" "Meemaw" Wallace, 82, of Marshall, Texas will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 8, 2025, in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. A visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Mrs. Wallace passed away on December 2, 2025, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Grace was born January 29, 1943 in Little River, Arkansas to Walter Eugene Smith and Fannie May Smith. She was married to Aubrey Leon Wallace, Sr. for 53 years prior to his passing on June 29,2016. She was a homemaker, she enjoyed many things in
life especially being with family and friends, and watching her soaps, especially General Hospital!

She was predeceased in death by her parents, Eugene and Fannie Smith; her husband, Aubrey Leon Wallace, Sr.; sons, Donald Travis Wallace, Sr., Robin Dale Wallace, Sr. and Aubrey Leon Wallace, Jr.; daughter, Francise Ellen Rose Wallace and granddaughter, Whitney Wallace.

Survivors are her daughter, Teressa Mae Lundy; sons, Daniel Joe Wallace and wife, Melissa Wallace and Michael James Wallace and wife, Deana Wallace. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and her siblings along with other family and friends.
