A funeral service for Harry "Cowboy" Dunn will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Downs Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Stroud officiating the service. Interment will be held at Restland Cemetery in Waskom, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Downs Funeral Home.

Harry "Cowboy" Dunn, 80, of Waskom, Texas was born on August 4, 1940 and passed away peacefully in his sleep December 6, 2020. Cowboy was a retired pipe fitter from General Motors. He loved flying RC Planes, playing golf, bowling, pitching horseshoes, going to the boats, dancing, playing his guitars, reading his Bible every day, and enjoyed get togethers with family and friends and always wanting to play dominoes.

Cowboy is survived by his sons, William Timothy and wife, Kim Dunn of Arkansas, Harry Walter Dunn and fiancé, Connie Holland of Longview; daughter, LaJuana and husband, Terry Wydick of Fort Worth along with several nieces, nephews, grandkids, and great-grandkids he loved with all his heart.

Cowboy is preceded in death by his mom, Elizabeth Hennietta Hannamon Dunn; dad, Walter LeRoy Dunn; wife, Mary Dunn; daughter, Georgia Gail Smith.
