Helen Adams, 101 of Marshall, Texas passed away on February 6, 2019. Mrs. Adams was born in Smith County on September 14, 1917 to her parents, Roger Mills and Myrtle Moore. Mrs. Adams attended church at Second Baptist Church of Marshall.

Mrs. Adams is survived by her son, O. M. Adams and his wife, Karen of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; granddaughter, Kim Lauritzen and husband, Layne of Austin, Texas; granddaughter, Dianna Gregory and spouse, Ronald of Bossier City; sister, Dorothy Toye of Marshall, Texas; four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Adams is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marshall Adams; daughter, Shirley Born; grandson, Brett Born; one brother; five sisters; and numerous other family and friends.

A graveside service for Mrs. Adams will be held at 1:00p.m. Friday, February 8, 2019 at Colonial Gardens Cemetery in Marshall, Texas.
