A funeral service for Helen Ray Bice Shoemaker will be held at 2:00p.m. Sunday, November 11, 2018 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Pastor Geno Munds will be officiating the service.

Mrs. Bice was a member of Family Life Outreach Center. She was a homemaker and supported her family. Mrs. Bice loved to donate to St. Jude every month.

Mrs. Bice is survived by her children, Sara Bice and Jim Bice; sisters, Bobbye Lee Byrns, Louise Tatom, and Mittie Grace Hopkins.

Mrs. Bice is preceded in death by her parents, Harold Glenwood Shoemaker and Dewey Clementine Jordan Shoemaker; sisters, Laferne Dodd, Katherine Reddin, and Reba Bowden; brother, Harold Shoemaker, Jr.
