A graveside service for Howard F. Hall, 84, of Waskom, Texas will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at Restland Cemetery in Waskom.

Howard was born on June 9, 1939, to Horace Jackson Hall and Thelma D. McClaren Hall and passed away on March 15, 2024, in Marshall, Texas.

He married Anni Elsbeth Meier Hall on June 11, 1959, in Hof, Germany and the two remained married until his passing. He served in the U.S. Airforce for 25-1/2 years during the Vietnam War. He retired as an E-8, Senior Master Sargeant. After retiring from the Air Force, he worked for The House of Carpets for 15 years. He loved gardening and read his Bible every day. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Waskom for over 40 years. He was the last of four sisters and two brothers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Thelma Hall along with four sisters and two brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Anni Hall; son, Harald Hall; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren along with a number of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
