Jack Frederick Neely was born on October 22, 1951, in Marshall, Texas to Jack Gatson Neely and Elsie Cox Neely. He went to be with his Lord, on October 18, 2025.

He attended school in Marshall, Texas and was a Marshall High School Class of 1970 graduate.

Jack was preceded in death by his father, Jack G. Neely; two of his beloved children, daughter, Nicole Neely Ferrer and son, Clifford Aaron Neely; and a precious grandson, Colton Trevor Oney.

He leaves behind his devoted wife of 50 years, Theresa Darlene Neely; his mother, Elsie Alldredge; sister, Margaret Ann Dodson; his daughter and son in law, Candi Neely Oney and Trey Oney; son in law, Kevin Ferrer; grandchildren, Skylar Sowell; Bethany Ferrer; Miranda Ferrer and two great-granddaughters; as well as numerous other family and friends.
