Jackie Lou Frank Warnstaff,83, of Marshall, Texas, passed away peacefully after a brief illness, with family at her side on Saturday, July 20, 2024.

Jackie was born in Jefferson, TX on March 19,1941 to Henry Jack Frank and Cherry Lois Chamness Frank. She grew up in Marshall, Texas with her younger sister, Sandra Kay "Cissy" or "Sandy" Frank. She graduated from Marshall Senior High School, where, during her senior year, she worked ½ a day with the work program at the school. This introduced Jackie to her career in banking, which she continued to work in for 35 plus years. Jackie attended Victory Baptist and occasionally visited Cypress Valley Bible Church.

One of her biggest loves was animals, cats in particular, having had numerous cats throughout her adult life. Jackie also had a chicken and a turtle, she lovingly called Mr. T. She loved tending to all of her fur babies.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her sister, Sandra Frank; daughter, Cherry Lynn Fisher and husband Robert; son, William D. "Bill" Power, Jr. and wife Misty; son, John Glen Warnstaff; grandchildren, William Howeth and wife, Toni, Nikki Smith and husband, Scott, Dustin Cruse and wife, Breanna, Shelbey Power and Brooke Power; great grandchildren, Tristian Howeth, Kamden Howeth, Chy Smith, Zoey Cruse, Zayden Cruse, Zaidee Cruse and Zerick Cruse.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 6, 2024, in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home.
