James Larry Wiggins was born November 22, 1941 in Atlanta, Texas to Johnie Leonard and Opal Hall Wiggins. He was a production foreman at Penn-Virginia Oil & Gas. James served his country in the U.S. Army. He passed away February 20, 2015. Surviving James are his wife, Stephanie Wiggins; son, Scott Wiggins; one brother, Ben Wiggins and one sister, Charlotte Ramsey and husband Johnny. A private family burial will be held.
