Funeral Services for Jan Gulley, 61, of Marshall will be at 10 a.m., Monday, October 22, 2018 in the chapel of Downs Funeral Home with Rev. Lindsay Long, Rev. A.D. Spears, Rev. Jeff Story, Rev. James Renfro, and Rev. Kevin Prince officiating. Interment will follow at the Panola Mt. Zion Cemetery in DeBerry, Texas.  Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Sunday, October 21 ^st at Downs Funeral Home.

Jan Gulley was born in Malvern, Arkansas to Charles A. Warner and Dyres Vincent Warner on February 22, 1957. She married Travis Gulley on August 5, 1978 in Marshall, Texas.  She worked for 30 years with Region VII Education Service Center, retiring in 2008 from the position of Media Library Coordinator.  She was a former World Network of Prayer Coordinator for the UPCI-Texas District.  Jan loved floral arranging, enjoyed cooking, reading and being a wife and mother, granna, sister, aunt and friend.  She was a pastor's wife and wore the many hats that entailed.

Survivors are her husband of forty years, Rev. Travis Gulley; daughter, Andrea Sheree Chelf and husband Michael Shane Chelf; grandson, Grayson Luke Chelf; brothers, Charles Connie Warner and wife, Fay, Alton Richard Warner and wife, Gail, Wendell Norris Warner and wife, Devonna, and her sister-in-law, Norma Warner.  She is preceded in death by her brothers, Virgil Larry Warner, Marty Carl Warner, and parents, Charles A. Warner and Dyres Vincent Warner.
