Jeanette Hilliard Bonner Jeanette Hilliard Bonner passed away September 13, 2013 in Marshall, Texas. She was born on April 26, 1945 in Bloomburg, Texas to Jeff Bartlett and Pearl Hilliard. Jeanette is survived by her husband of 43 years, Clifton Bonner; daughters, Misty Adams and husband Adrian, Mary Lou O'Connor and husband Tim; seven grandchildren, Joshua Adams, Jacob Adams, Mikeal Adams, Dustin Adams, Kevin O'Connor, Kyle Adams, Rebecca O'Connor; and one great-grandchild, Austin Lee Adams. She was also a "grandma" to many other children. She was an active member of the Crossroads Baptist Church, an award winning floral designer, and revered in her church community for her cooking skills and unwavering faith. She loved nurturing and encouraging both children and flowers to grow and blossom around her. A loving wife, a dedicated mother, proud grandmother, humble and kind in spirit, and a blessing to all who knew her. Funeral services for Mrs. Bonner will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Crossroads Baptist Church with Bro. David Rice officiating. There will be a private interment at Yates Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Downs Funeral Home.
