A funeral service for Jeff Phillip Sepulvado, Jr., 50, of DeBerry, Texas will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 18, 2024, in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home with Pastor Von Eric McKee officiating. Interment will follow at Panola Mt. Zion Cemetery in DeBerry. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 17, 2024, at the funeral home.

Jeff was born on February 19, 1974, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Jeff Phillip Sepulvado, Sr. and Carolyn Sue Butler Sepulvado and passed away on May 9, 2024, in DeBerry, Texas.

He worked in the oil field industry since he was 19 years old, starting out as a floor hand and working his way up to a consultant. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved to cook. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jeff Sepulvado, Sr.; grandparents, Maurine and Cecil and his aunt, Wanda.

He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Butler; children, Melanie Cowan and husband, Peyton and Jeff Sepulvado, III and wife, Hannah; siblings, Craig M. Lawless, Kevin Lawless, Michelle Igo, Rhonda Warner, Yolanda Ebarb and DeAndrea Moore and grandson, Jeff Sepulvado, IV along with other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in his honor to the American Cancer Society.
