Jerry Marie Cluck was born on December 6, 1945 and called home to God's glory on January 21, 2018 at the age of 72 years. Jerry was born and raised in Austin, Texas and relocated her life to Marshall, Texas in 1978. Jerry purchased her business in 1980 which is known to many people for and wide as Answering and Secretarial Service that she owned and operated out of her home for 37 years.

Jerry was a member of Victory Baptist Church. While her business limited her attendance, it did not hinder her relationship with Jesus Christ. Jerry was open, honest and outspoken with her love for Jesus and anyone who met her knew so.

Jerry was a woman full of faith and love. She loved her family, including her special grand-dog, Cameaux. Her favorite color was purple and she liked all things bright and bold to match her sweet, vivacious personality.

Jerry was precededin death by her parents, Opal and Darell Cluck and Bill and Dusty Bolin.

Left to honor Jerry and remember her love; son, Jason Wade Cluck and wife Laura of Marshall, Texas; sister, Jean Lester and husband, Dave of Spring, Texas; brother, Billy Bolin and wife, Joyce of Beverly, Kansas; nephew, Derrick Owens and wife, Nicole of Tomball, Texas; nieces, Jennifer Lester Crisp and husband, Travis of Spring, and Cher Bolin; great nephews, Ethan, Cameron, Owen, and Cole. In addition, Jerry leaves behind close friends Susie and Kenneth Payne, Sallie Gullion, Steve Huffman, Roger Creasy and Bea Luddington. Jerry also leaves behind numerous friends that she connected with through the years with the answering servie.

Jerry will be remembered as a devoted and loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend who was independent, entertaining, uplifting, and an inspirational woman of faith who loved Jesus.

The family of Jerry Cluck welcomes all friends from 6-8p.m. Thursday, January 25, 2018 for visitation hours at Downs Funeral Home Marshall, Texas. Funeral service will be held Friday, January 26, 2018, 2p.m. with Bro. David Rice officiating at Downs Funeral Home Marshall, Texas. Burial to follow on Saturday, January 27, 2018, 1p.m. at the Cluck Family Cedar Park Cemetery.
