Jessie Winn was born August 2, 1940 in New Iberia, Louisiana to Vernon R. Winn and Jackie Fullerton Winn. He was a member of Summitt United Methodist Church. Jessie retired from Chevron Oil where he had worked as an offshore oil production operator since 1970. He was an avid golfer and volunteered at the local food bank. Jessie enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews. Surviving Jessie are one sister, Judy Newton and husband Nigel of Marshall; niece, Nicole Guyer; one great niece, Cassity Lee Guyer and two great-nephews, Ross Newton Guyer and Nicholas Glinn Guyer all of Marshall; one aunt, Glenn Winn of Conroe; cousins, Julie Hare and husband Bobby and children Zach and Matthew Hare all of Conroe, Gayle Mathews and husband Jim and children Steven Mathews and Lisa Mathews all of the Woodlands and William Chrisman and James Chrisman of New Iberia, LA and his dog, Tiger.
