Joe William Cisco, Sr. was born on October 17, 1951, in Marshall, Texas and passed away on January 20, 2025, in Longview, Texas.

He graduated from Marshall High School and retired from AT&T after 30 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlend and Annie Cisco; his daughter, Chrystal; grandson, Jace and sister, Ann.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Johnetta Cisco; son, Joe William Cisco, Jr. (Brittney); brother, Alvis Cisco; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Monica Nabors and Patricia Williams and one brother-in-law, Thomas Blevins.
